Quality Standards & Tolerances
We maintain strict quality processes to ensure your parts meet design intent, every time.
| Process | Dimensional Accuracy | Surface Roughness | Min Wall | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| FDM | ±0.3mm | Ra 6–12 µm | 1.2mm | Best for functional and structural parts |
| SLA | ±0.1mm | Ra 0.8–2 µm | 0.8mm | Best for smooth, high-detail visual parts |
| SLS | ±0.2mm | Ra 3–6 µm | 0.8mm | Strong, no-support complex geometries |
| DMLS | ±0.1mm | Ra 2–5 µm | 0.4mm | Metal parts, high strength & temp resistance |
* Tolerances may vary depending on part geometry, size, and material. Contact us for critical tolerance parts.
Quality Control Process
Every part goes through multiple quality gates before it leaves our facility.
Dimensional Inspection
Every order is measured against your design dimensions using digital calipers and CMM for critical tolerances.
Visual Inspection
Parts are inspected for layer adhesion, surface defects, warping, and print quality before shipping.
Material Verification
Material batches are logged and verified against order specifications for traceability.
Functional Testing
For assemblies and functional parts, we can perform fit checks and basic load testing on request.
First Article Inspection
For production orders, a formal first article inspection report is available upon request.
Documentation
Quality certificates, material data sheets, and inspection reports can be included with your order.
