1. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Orders & Quotes
All quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issue. Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of payment or written purchase order. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.
3. File Responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy and intellectual property rights of any files you upload. We do not verify ownership of uploaded designs. You agree that you have the right to reproduce any uploaded design.
4. Intellectual Property
We do not claim ownership of your design files. We will not reproduce, sell, or share your files with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
5. Production & Tolerances
All parts are produced to the best commercially available standards. Dimensional tolerances are as stated on our Quality page. Minor variations from stated tolerances may occur and do not constitute a defect unless they exceed specified tolerances.
6. Returns & Defects
If a part does not meet agreed specifications, please notify us within 7 days of receipt with photos and measurement data. We will assess and, where appropriate, reprint or refund at our discretion.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for any consequential, indirect, or incidental losses arising from the use or failure of printed parts, especially in safety-critical applications.
8. Payment
Payment is due as specified in the invoice. We accept bank transfer, online payments, and purchase orders from approved companies. Late payments may incur fees.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
